Remember, Darling, your hair happiness is our top priority.

The Do Cut and Color requires a Credit Card to hold your reservation. There is no charge to schedule,
however if the scheduled appointment needs to be changed or canceled, this should be done at least 24 hours
in advance of your appointment time to avoid your Credit Card being charged a late arrival, late cancelation, or no show fee.


● We'll securely keep your credit card on file - don't worry, it's just for safekeeping unless any schedule hiccups pop up!
● Life happens and plans change - we totally get it! Just give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule, and you're golden. For those last-minute changes (under 24 hours), we'll need to charge 50% of your service cost to take care of our dedicated stylists.
● Can't make it at all? Please let us know! No-shows will be charged the full service amount -
our stylists blocked this time especially for you.
● Running fashionably late? We understand! But if you're more than 15 minutes behind schedule, we might only be able to provide partial service while charging for the complete scheduled appointment.
● Need to make any changes? Give us a quick call! This helps us keep everything organized and ensure we can give you the star treatment you deserve.

We love making you look and feel fabulous, and these policies help us keep The Do Cut and Color running smoothly so every client gets that VIP experience. Thank you for being part of our salon family - we can't wait to create something beautiful together!

● All services require full payment at time of service.
● Some services require a 50% non refundable deposit - such as hair extensions.
● Credit cards may be used for the payment of salon services and or products only.
● All major credit cards are accepted.
● Checks are not accepted.
● Cash tips are preferred - they are not required.

We want you to love your look, Darling! If not here's how we make it right

● Let us know , while we do not offer refunds on services ,we'll happily redo the service once at no extra cost to you.
● We will need to get that redo scheduled within two weeks of your original appointment .
● It,s best to rebook with the same stylist who did your initial service. They know exactly what your aiming for !
● If your stylist's schedule is packed or you'd feel more comfortable with someone else, We can arrange for another of our talented team members to take care of you.
● Darling, we're head over heels for our hair products, and we want you to love them too! If any reason they dont work for you , Just bring the product back within 7 days and we'll happily provide a refund with a verified receipt or an exchange within 30 days .

● Our protective smocks offer great coverage, be sure and put one on before your service begins , but feel free to wear something you won't worry about during your visit.

● We're always careful and do our best to keep everything pristine but your in charge of your wardrobe choices, Darling.

But if you absolutely must take a call, we understand - just remember to use your "salon voice" so everyone can keep enjoying their moment of bliss.
